| Price is negotiable I’m going into my third year of life sciences at Mcmaster and I’m looking for a female roommate. - I have been renting a place off campus for the past two years. It’s suited for 2 people its a unit in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers). - The apartment has security 24/7 at the reception. The building is new, it was built two years ago, I am the first resident of this unit. - the room does not include furniture - There’s a convenience store right next to the building - it comes with a parking spot + washing and drying machine in the unit. It has an oven, a microwave, and a stove. - It’s very spacious. the living room already has furniture cuz I bought it when I moved in. - The AC is amazing and works all the time. - It’s a 10 min bus ride to campus and the bus stop is RIGHT in front of the building ( like not even a min walk ), busses come every 5 minutes ( it’s because there are 3 busses that go to mcmaster and they all stop here + go busses stop here as well) a little about me: I am quiet and tidy. I don’t drink or smoke. I will not be having guests over:) let me know if you’re interested:) |
