Lease takeover from January 1st to April 30th with an option to extend the lease afterwards. $600/month for rent (including utilities) + $12/month for wifi. IT IS A BASEMENT ROOM WITH VERY SHORT CEILINGS (5’10”). WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND RENTING IF YOU’RE WELL UNDER 6’ TO LIVE COMFORTABLY IN THE ROOM. MAIN FLOOR HAS REGULAR HEIGHT CEILINGS. The room comes furnished with a dresser and mirrors. The room can be left fully furnished for the 4 month sublet, but the other furniture (bed, desk, nightstand, closet unit, storage shelf) will be needed back after the sublet, so it may be easier to bring your own furniture. There is a full bathroom in the basement, which is only used by other tenants to do laundry. The kitchen is on the main floor and comes with 2 fridges shared with the other 5 tenants. Great location for students, 7 minute walk to groceries, 8 minute walk to campus, and 2 minute walk to bus stop. If the ad is up, the room is available.
