It is not a new condo, so it has character and imperfections, but you get large rooms, large windows, a large private deck in your own private home at an unbeatable location. The primary bedroom has a sparkling chandelier, exposed brick, a queen-sized bed, a bench with storage, a side table with shelving, and a wardrobe with clothes hangers. The second bedroom is small and has a set of bunk beds, both single beds. There is a large dresser, nightstand, and closet. The window faces the private yard. The bathroom is spacious with exposed beams and an expanded ceiling. The large soaker tub is perfect for relaxing, or there is a waterfall shower. The backyard is for your own private use. It is a large deck with comfortable seating, and a a table with six chairs for al fresco dining. It is fully fenced. Perfect for pets. There are trees and birds, and is surprisingly quiet for being right downtown. There is a living room with a TV, free WiFi internet, and Netflix. Here is a workspace with a desk, chair, and lamp. The couch pulls out into a very comfortable queen size bed. Using this the house sleeps six people. The kitchen has a table that seats six people, a microwave, fridge, full stove and oven, and is well-equipped with supplies you may need for cooking (salt/pepper, spices, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, gadgets (grater, colander, wine opener, etc). Save money by moving in with a fully set-up home including linens, kitchen equipment, bedding, and supplies like paper towel and garbage cans. Why stay at the Staybridge Suites (with just a microwave oven) for $260 or the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel (with a kitchenette) for $350, when you could have an entire house and yard, one block away! Your home is right in central downtown Hamilton. The neighbourhood and surrounding area are safe. You can easily walk to the Hamilton Art Gallery, lively Hess Village's many restaurants, pubs, and music bars, trendy boutique shopping on James Street North and Locke Street, Nation's Fresh Foods grocery store (large and with great prices), Hamilton Farmer's Market, FirstOntario Centre, Hamilton Public Library, and hundreds of varied restaurants.
