The second bedroom is small, has a set of bunk beds, both single beds. There is a large dresser, nightstand, and closet. The window faces the private yard. The bathroom is spacious with exposed beams and expanded ceiling. The large soaker tub is perfect for relaxing, or there is a waterfall shower. Living room has space for entertainment, relaxing, queen-sized pullout couch and desk and chair workspace overlooking the private backyard deck. The backyard is for your own private use. It is a large deck with comfortable seating and a table for al fresco dining. It is fully fenced. Perfect for pets. There are trees and birds, and is surprisingly quiet for being right downtown. Laundry washer and dryer Price is for up to three occupants. The home has three beds plus a comfortable queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. It is usually very quiet inside the home and in the private backyard deck.
