| We are looking for a graduate student, upper-year undergrad, or medical student to rent 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Ainslie Wood East. It is a very quiet and residential location that is very close to McMaster University (25min walking, 15min by bus). The apartment has ensuite laundry and its own thermostat for heating and cooling. rent includes all utilities (heat, water, hydro, AC, internet). There is also a deck with a barbecue grill for the warmer months. The room will be unfurnished and has ample space for a queen bed, desk, chair, and drawer. The rest of the apartment is furnished. The other two roommates are graduate students and are looking for someone quiet, respectful, and clean. The move-in date is August 1st. |
