| "Researching the market" for interest in a co op/collective located in a unique spot just outside of Georgetown. Picture is of outdoor "natural bench" seating area Quaint little cottage on large treed lot. -Private forest area with trails. Space for large garden. Insulated chicken coops AND matching back yard bunkie. Two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen area and lovely living room with large windows and wood stove. Wrap around deck. It's a bit of a fixer upper, but VERY charming on a great property with parking. Pet friendly! We are interested in renting out 5 or 6 "spots" at around $600/mo. to cover rent and utilities and niceties. We would also like to host special events and guests sure to please, and enrich the group. We are in the planning stage, but the sooner we have a group together we will proceed and why not take advantage of the summer? Location is good for all 4 seasons but summer offers: - Right in the heart of the bicycle trails - Georgetown Farmers Market on Saturday's!! - Kelso Park with beach just outside of Milton (30 min drive) - "Forest Bathing" on site - Very quiet road (weekend busier with bikes and motorbikes) - Ten minute drive to town for shopping - Within one hour drive from downtown Toronto Please express your interest, we would require two months payment at first (first and last month) We would be interested to hear your ideas and form a cool group of like minded people. Grow food, learn how to preserve it. University educated Nutritionist. GLAMP! The possibilities are exciting! We'd like to get things going and we will keep a waiting list as we would prefer to limit the size if the core group. Special events can handle a larger capacity |
