| Big, beautiful house to share in rural Georgetown. Very unique property with generous natural space. Only 2.5km to town but no bus route. Very large house has 7 bedrooms upstairs and 4 are available (the other 3 are storage spaces). $1200 per room includes heat and reasonable use of hydro. House is big enough to share with a group of like minded people. There are 2 full bathrooms to share on 2nd floor. I have a small apartment on the main floor; I'm a middle-aged artistic type female... open to share with male or female. I would love to gather a bunch of people together who would appreciate living in a great, GORGEOUS home, maybe networking artists or seniors on a budget. Georgetown has a lot to offer and also 20 minutes to Milton. Rooms will become available through December and into January. |
