| Hello, although the add states a 1 bedroom apartment, it is actually our entire home. We are looking to rent 1 bedroom in our home as we will be travelling from September 1/24 to April 30/24. Rent will be inclusive of utilities, internet and satellite TV. We will cover the cost of snow removal however you will be responsible to shovel the walkway. You will have access to the laundry area, the kitchen, recreational/workout room and your own bathroom, the rest of the house will be empty. We have an individual who will be on site each Thursday to do cleaning. Looking for a mature individual who will take care of our property while we are away. House is located on Lake Temiskaming in downtown Haileybury. This is an 8 month rental only as we will be returning early May. Pictures are available upon request. |
