| Looking for working professionals or mature students to join our house from September 01 2024. This will be a year lease. -Rotating weekly cleaning schedule in place to ensure proper maintenance of living and communal spaces. -No partying and no loud noises. -No pets -Clean people ONLY -Each room is $600 per month -Wifi and utilities are extra($90-$120 per month extra) -3 grocery stores within walking distance -bus stop in front of house -street parking available We are looking for 2 additional people to join a group of 3. We cannot stress enough how much we like to keep a clean living environment. We’re looking for people who are considerate and easy to live with.
