Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, Netflix, laundry and 1 parking space. Person has to be a working professional, has to be very clean, quiet and pays rent on time. Family members ok to come visit, boyfriend, girlfriend but no people constantly coming in and out all hours and no partying etc 850$ per month and 1st and last required with proof of I.d and employment.
