| Hello, I am being a bit proactive here, I will be getting an apartment (hopefully) during the summer months, and would like to offset cost by having a housemate. I prefer a female, working professional and even long term or short medical residents. I will be living in the Centre Wellington/Guelph area. You must not smoke at all, live a clean lifestyle, be somewhat well-kept, share house work and a working professional. Current Employment, References and if you have a credit check too, will all be checked. If the living arrangment does not work, you will be asked to leave, as you are a hosuemate, and not a co-tenant of the unit with me. Legally, there is a difference.
