Description
I ask you please to read this ad in it's entirety as there are some key pieces of information you need to know before proceeding. I'm offering a room to rent in my home, it is a house that sits on a lovely 10 acre lot that provides a quiet and peaceful environment, yet only 20 minutes drive away from the 401, or 20 minutes from Guelph and Georgetown. The room is suited for one occupant only, and unfortunately no pets at this time. We have a dog and a cat that live in the home and this is the important part of this ad. My dog is a beautiful soul, but she is reactive, thus the ideal person to rent this space has to have experience with reactive dogs. This is important and I cannot stress this enough. If you can please let me know of your experience, you will be contacted and we can go to the next steps here. The people who live here are amazing. We share meals (you don' t have to, but you will most likely be invited to have a meal with us on several occasions!), we are quiet and are hoping the same for the ideal renter. There is laundry facilities on site, we have a shop/gym that you would also have access to that has many weights, and equipment for you to workout with. The Full bathroom is shared only with one other tenant as my husband and I have our own. You have to have a vehicle. We live in the country and as such we are not on a bus route. Rockwood and Acton are about 7 minutes away by car. Also, this space is suitable for a non smoker (no vapes, no other substances). It's a beautiful space and we truly hope you read all the important bits about this ad, particularly about your experience with reactive dogs. It's very important you know the difference between loving animals and understanding what a reactive dog is.
