| Looking for a one quite tenant to rent a 600 sq ft 1 bedroom plus den apartment. It is located on my 100 acre Farm which is perfect for any nature lover who enjoys peace and quiet. I am in search of a respectful, full time employed tenant. I live 100ft from The apartment and it is a perfect size for 1 person as the bedrooms are quite small but can fit a queen size bed in snuggly and making a nice office in the other. There is your own back deck and 2 separate entrances. This is a busy farm in the fall and we have a mechanic shop next door to your apartment. The Ideal tenant would be gone during the weekdays as my shop can be quite loud from 9-4pm and is right next door to your apartment. The rent is $1000 a month and is all inclusive with internet as well. There is no laundry on site and having a car is a must. It is a 1 km drive way off the road and no buses anywhere near to be able to walk. I will require a work reference and a past landlord reference.
