| Whitecap Rentals 3 Cottages for Rent in Grand Bend – Over 50% booked for summer 2024. www.whitecaprentals.net All three cottages are right in the town of Grand Bend and are a 3 minute easy walk to the beach and a 3 minute easy walk to the main street. Cottages are located in the perfect spot in the village of Grand Bend. Spend the day at the beach and easily walk back to the cottage for snacks, drinks and to use the washroom. The one bedroom (Sunshine Shack) rents for $1,300 per week. The two 2 bedroom cottages (Sandcastle and Riptide) rent for $1,500 per week. If you book 2 cottages we reduce the price by $100 per week. If you book all 3 cottages we reduce the price by $150 per week. ($450 savings) Check-in is Friday afternoon at 3:00. Check-out is Friday morning at 11:00. Cleaning protocols in place to ensure the cottages are always clean. We have 3 separate cottages. Two 2 Bedroom cottages and one 1 Bedroom Cottage in Grand Bend Ontario. The 1 bedroom cottage sleeps 5 and the 2 bedroom cottages each sleep 8. All three cottages have an outdoor sitting area. All three cottages have fire pit areas (chimineas), BBQs and outdoor shaded sitting areas. All three cottages have full bathrooms and full kitchens including fridge, stove, microwave coffee maker and toaster. As an added bonus the cottages are only 100 yards from a Tim Hortons! Free WIFI in all cottages along with cable TV. The TV is on WiFi with an Amazon Fire Stick so you can watch all your own streaming services. Each cottage includes designated parking on site for 2 vehicles. The cottages are freshly painted. Each cottage is cleaned thoroughly each week. 2 bedroom cottage named “Riptide”. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are new in 2021. It also has a loft that has 2 double mattresses (new in 2021). These are ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder. Riptide sleeps 8. (2 queen beds plus 2 double beds in loft) Another 2 bedroom cottage is named “Sandcastle”. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are new in 2021. It also has a loft that has 2 double mattresses (new in 2021). These are ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder. Sandcastle sleeps 8. (2 queen beds plus 2 double beds in loft) The 1 bedroom cottage is called “Sunshine Shack”. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are both new in 2021. It also has a loft with a queen mattress and a single mattress (new in 2021). The loft sleeping is ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder. Sunshine Shack sleeps 5. (1 queen plus 1 queen and 1 single in loft) We purchased these cottages in the fall of 2020. We have completed a lot of work to the cottages and can assure renters that the cottages are well maintained and clean. All three cottages are normally fully booked before May each year! Weekend rates in May, June and September are $150 per night with a 2 night minimum.
