Quick access to buses 12 and 24 right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for students attending La Cité or UOttawa looking for an affordable place while studying or professionals looking to alleviate the city's high cost. Rest assured, we are two women in their early 30s, both working professionals who lead busy lives and are seeking a respectful student and/or working professional to join our home. I am currently renting a room on the level with all utilities included. Seeking first and last month's rent upfront. We are 420-friendly, but smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house. Don't worry, though—we have a cute backyard and covered front porch to do so (as shown in pictures). If you are not an animal lover or have allergies, you might not be a good candidate, as we have many loving animals.
