| I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting April 12th until end of august. It can be renegotiated for a longer lease. The rent is $900/month. It is a room in a 4-bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. It is walking distance from a mosque. The commute to uOttawa is about 30-40 minutes. It is minutes from Blair Station. Utilities are all included in the $900. There are lots of supermarket stores like Costco, loblows, and Walmart near by. Lots of food places like McDonalds, Harveys, Sushi, Subway, and Tim Hortons. It is in a quiet respectful neighbourhood close to some parks as well. The Condo has been newly renovated and there is plenty of storage space in the room as well as the Condo. The other tenants living there rarely are all home at the same time as they are Students going to uOttawa. Everyone in the home are male tenants and prefer another male. We all got along extremely well and had no issues. Message me for more details if interested. |
