You will be sharing a 3-piece bathroom with another female tenant and a spacious kitchen and living area with us. Washer and dryer in the living area, one parking spot available, walk-out basement and backyard deck to share. Long green trail from backyard, 3 mins to bus stops on Kingston Road, one bus to all universities / colleges in the Durham Region (UofT Scarborough, Centennial College, Durham College), and 10 mins walk to a sprawling shopping area--No Frills, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Lowe's, Blue Sky, Memon, Dollar Store, Goodlife gym, salons, coffee shops, restaurants, and any essentials you need. Rent includes all utilities--water, electricity, heat/AC, and Wi-Fi internet. Room is fully furnished with a bed, lamp stand, window curtains, and built-in closet. No smoking, no pets, and no drinking or drugs. The first and last month rents must be paid and a lease of 6 month or 1 year signed before occupancy.
