They are getting their full privacy despite the basement door is on main floor to go in the basement area. Special Deal for students who want to move in September 2024 and wants to secure place from now: Pay now full July rent to secure place. Half rent in August as move in special. You will have access to backyard to sit during summer time. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The property is close to fellowfield bus and train station. 7-10min walking distance to bus station. 5 min walking distance to Tims, McDonald and gas station nearby. Close to all amenities like mosque, schools and one bus to Algonquin college from fellowfield and perfect for carleton university students as well as Costco or in Barrhaven area working people. 20-30 min drive to downtown based on traffic. The property will be occupied on first finalized basis. Deal is only applicable to students starting back to school in September and who wants to secure place from now in July. Otherwise, finalizing is with a small deposit to hold the place. It is a multicultural environment in the house. Yet quiet and calm environment. Option of lease : School duration Sept 2024 to June 2025 and if you would like to return back in Sept to same place and want to keep holding your place for 2 months July and August 2025, you can pay July and August 1/2 rent per month (only applicable if you are away to your hometown) and restart back with full rent in Sept 2025 . If you are not away for July/August 2025 then July & August 2025 you have to pay full rent. Before vacating, one month notice is required. The basement area for rent is equivalent to 2 small rooms area but is basically in a shape of long hallway. The door of basement is on main floor. The way basement is furnished, tenant still will have full privacy. The rent of basement will still be paying less than rent of one single furnished room. We all cannot get everything we want, we all have to make compromises one way or another in life to accommodate and live our lives. Overall, basement residing space will have its privacy and will be honored and respected. Every one in the house is friendly, respect space and privacy of the other occupant. All current occupants have been residing here for long term and moving out occupant had a long term stay too and is just moving out due to family issues otherwise she felt comfortable to stay here for more time. Everyone over all feels this place as their cozy safe and so called home. Common question: Are guests allowed: Yes, for short time few hours. For overnight stay, it requires landlord's permission.
