Bedroom for rent sharing with homeowner, son, and an obedient dog in a townhouse. wifi, laundry, kitchen and backyard included, no cable unless requested no additions. Parking space available on weekends only. Shared washroom in the upper level with home owner and she is very clean and picky with washroom cleanliness. Shared kitchen with homeowner and myself ( i live in the basement, and have a washroom down there, im the son) once inquiry is commenced we will share schedules of our work and school and how our weekends will look like. The townhouse is 10 minutes away from transit routes (12 a & b also 100 & 101) close to Centra and Metro. Close to 3 MALLS there is a closer bus route about 2 minutes away the 4a & b but only circles to ferris lane to georgian mall and this route will be scheduled on the app only. #####((((Our pet dog is obedient and listens to us instantly and is house trained, its a dog so expect it to be a guard and home pet. Barks only when visitors are knocking the door or if he notices someone being harmed or if I leave him alone in the house hell bark at people passing by on the window only barks out loud does not attack or bite, very gentle pet, meduim size dog. Chester is his name and is not part he is a family member. Descetions for feeding but can pet him and listens to demands.))))###### The bedroom is fully furnished and will not be requiring any furnitures otherwise requested. There is a bunkbed and a queen bed together in the room. If you only need either one pls request one to be removed and will be removed before renting the bedroom otherwise youll have 3 beds with a short walk in closet and a fullsize dresser. Address of complex: 63 FERRIS LANE unit J6, NORTH OF BAYFIELD 200 yards away from Burger King. the complex is in between a kindergarten place and a church. the entrance of the complex is shaped like a U, a to z with numbers. The bedroom is available anytime.
