| Wanted: I am looking for a large studio or a one bedroom apartment in Welland Is there a Landlord out there willing to give me the opportunity and viewing? I promise you will not regret it. Yes I am on ODSP but that does not mean I don’t pay my bills and rent. I always pay my rent on time and my bills. I just need the opportunity to prove it. My price range is around $1000 all inclusive. Prefer laundry on site if possible as my car is going to the scrapyard soon, and it will be very difficult for me to make it back-and-forth to a laundromat. I am in my senior years, very quiet, very clean, non-smoker, and no pets. I have excellent references and I always pay my rent on time I am looking for something as soon as possible and hoping to be able to find a place by the end of January as I have to give my landlord some notice.  if you have something that sounds like I may be interested please feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to set up a viewing.
