| Hello! I have 1 Bedroom available in 2 Bedroom townhouse unit for $800/month. Close to Kipling and Islington TTC stations. 20 min bus to Humber College. 30-40 min to downtown core. Sobeys, No Frills grocery, Gyms all walking distance. The area is not super busy, neighbourhood is quiet. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, air fryer, espresso machine, Zoji rice cooker. Very modern unit with central AC and heating. Utilities and Internet can be included in the price for $50, it usually costs a bit more than that per month. Internet is 550mbps. I can provide a dresser, bookshelf, mattress for the room if needed. A lot of natural light comes in through the big windows at the front and back. There is a front and back patio for the summer months. I'm staying in the other room. I am currently a student at Humber college. I don't go out much or have people over very often. I have a dog named Tofu, he is 7 years old and he's very gentle and friendly. I have lived with and rented rooms to many people in Montreal and Toronto. I will be asking for references and if you want the same from me, I can provide them.
