| One bed room on the upper level available for short term now on a lakeside house. The house is located near Lakeshore/Royal York by the lake, with huge backyard, lawn to the water, beautiful scene and gorgeous view of lake and city from the house. The house is spacious with 3.5 bath rooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, office, pool room, storage rooms, fully equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, pool table, central air-conditioning, on-site laundry, dish washer and outdoor swimming pool in the summer. The house is in quiet neighborhood but close to everything, 24 hours (every 5 mins) street car in front of the house, 20 mins by TTC to Royal York subway station, 10 mins by bus to GO train station and Humber College lakeshore campus, less then 45 mins to downtown via TTC on Queen street, easy access to Gardiner Highway, Walmart, nofrills, IKEA, Cineplex, Sherway Gardens, downtown are short distance. If you want to get away stress from work to recharge yourself this will be your home and cottage in the city. We are looking for: -- female housemate -- single occupancy -- friendly, sociable, responsible, respectful to others -- non-smoker, don't do drugs, no crazy parties in the house -- professionals and mature students with stable income -- no pet The house is set to be homey environment and the room can be furnished or not furnished. The rent will be $780/month all inclusive. Front yard parking is included. First and last will be required. We are hoping to find a friendly and sociable housemate not a stranger behind the door.
