| Our current home is being sold, and we are anticipating a family will be buying to move in. We are looking for a 2+bedroom home. We are two working professionals. My wife is a PhD student, who teaches for York & the TDSB. I work in supply chain, running a large manufacturing facility in the gta. We have a 5 year old who goes to school in the junction, and are looking to stay in the area so he can stay at this school. We also have a dog & cat. Ideally we are looking for 2+ bedrooms, 1+ bath, with laundry in unit (not shared or coin operated). Right now we pay extra for parking and storage, so something that includes both would be ideal. A yard is an added bonus. Preferably a first/ main floor unit, house, or Townhouse. Anticipating an August move in, but still unconfirmed. Our price range is $2600-3000/ month, with some flexibility for the right place. Waiving first&last would be ideal, we are willing to sign a longterm lease or go month to month. |
