| Location: 3621 Lakeshore Boulevard West, Etobicoke, available July 1. I am a male tech entrepreneur who own a three-bedroom co-op high rise unit looking for two roommates for the two spare LARGE FURNISHED bedrooms who are also NON-smokers. Each room has a queen sized bed, desk, office chair, a closet and thermal curtains. Both bedrooms are bright and south-facing. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The trams, buses and trains are all in front of the building. Very close to Humber College, walking distance to grocery, shops, restaurants and lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Kitchen has stove-oven, dishwasher and microwave. Additional locker space (6x6x8) available for additional fee, if required. Indoor parking available for additional fee; or free street parking. Compatibility is important. Ideal roommates will be 9-5 professionals/working adults or mature university students who are respectful, considerate, relatively quiet and easy to get along. Pets may be considered. Male or female are fine, but MUST be clean everywhere. Month-to-month rental, but long-term preferred. The rent includes utilities, wifi, eating and cooking utensils, cleaning detergent, toilet rolls, etc. You bring your own pillows and bed linens and good spirit. Coin laundry for now but I will be installing an in-suite washer-dryer soon. First month rent and last month deposit to move in. The place is not fancy but it's newly renovated, clean, fresh, safe, comfortable and in an excellent location.
