(Our subdivision is located just across the causeway from Bridgenorth & directly across the street from the FAMED Canadian Welding School Inc) Wifi & internet with Netflix/Crave/prime provided, parking space also provided, living area/bathroom/kitchenette is a shared area AND must be kept clean/clear at all times to be fair to both parties renting rooms-2nd room has already been rented. Please note that a car is a necessity because the bus service here in Ennismore (called THE LINK) isn’t consistent enough to rely on as NO SERVICE on the weekends. 1st & last is required, if you’re interested in viewing the room…please text the number shown in the ad and we can make the arrangements even though the room is currently occupied (References are beneficial ). During the week for Sir Sanford OR Trent University, to catch THE LINK is at the end of the subdivision. |
