| VEGANS OR VEGETARIANS ROOMMATES ONLY. READ BELOW BEFORE MESSAGING ME. Looking for two new roommates. I will be subletting the apartment I'm currently renting, the lease will be month to month. Rent will be split between 3 people so if its just me and one other person then rent would be ~950$ if its me and two other people then rent would be ~650$ a month. For the first few months while I am looking for a roommate rent will only be the lower amount, ~650$ a month. Due to ethical reasons I am only looking for Vegan or Vegetarian or plant-based roommates. If you eat other animals please do not message me. Two large rooms for rent. Each room is like the size of 1.5 to 2 rooms in other apartments. Rent would be all inclusive, Hydro, heat, AC, water, internet. There are two washrooms in suite, one small washroom with a toilet and a sink, and one larger one with a bath/shower and a toilet and a sink. The apartment is downtown, right next to the bus terminal, so any bus stop is just a walk away, and all busses lead home! There is no laundry in suite, so you will need to use a laundromat unfortunately. If we can plan it right we could do trips together to save on gas, but that would be something we could work out at a later time. |
