Utilities and internet included. Street Parking. Located on Westwood Avenue, near Broadview and Mortimer. About 5 minutes’ bus (8, 25, 87,100, 100A or 62) ride from Broadview Station. Safe, peaceful, friendly residential neighbourhood. West edge of Greektown. Lots of trees. Close to parks and trails. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, markets, stores, banks, laundromats, etc., are within brief walking distances. 2-minute walk to Sobeys. First & Last month’s rent is required. When you first message or contact us, please tell us a little about yourself and how long you expect to stay. More details: Apartment is approximately 304 sq. ft. inside. It has 9’ high ceilings and an effective use of the space (see pics). Bedroom: bed, sheets and pillows, night tables, large cabinet/closet, clothes hangers, laundry hamper, overhead shelf, lamps, small stepladder, power bar, fans. Door locks. Kitchen: fridge, stove/oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, rice cooker, hand blender, towels, and all the main cooking and eating utensils. Peninsula counter-top table (see pictures) and two chairs. Lots of cupboard space. Bathroom: shower curtains, handheld shower head, hanging shower caddy, shelves, towels, hair dryer, scale. Living area: couch, upholstered chair, coffee table, shelf, TV and TV stand, power bar, lamp, end table cabinet, tower fan. Porch: two chairs and a small table. You will have access to the coin-operated washer and dryer (each are $2.00 per use) in the basement of the house. Use of the machines is shared with three other people who live in the other part of the house. You can obtain rolls of coins on site. An AC window unit is available for $75.00 per month (e.g., $75 for July, $75 for August). TTC: 3 or 4 minutes’ walk to the Broadview bus stop, where several buses (8, 25, 87,100, 100A or 62) all take you to Broadview Station. From there, about 5 minutes’ bus ride to Broadview Station. 9-10-minute walk to Chester Station. One and a half minutes' walk to Mortimer 62 bus stop. The 62 bus goes to Broadview Station, and eastward it goes to Main Station. From Main Station, a brief walk south takes you to the Danforth GO train station. It's a 9-10 minute walk to Danforth Avenue if you walk down Jackman Ave. |
