Short or long term is available. Month to month payments and we give you a fully furnished space to move in right away and get your life going immediately. The Shared Room comes with a desk, bed, dresser and wardrobe, chairs and lamps and all the small things you need when living in a new home, all free for you to use while you live here. We have 2 shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms and the shared house is well run and kept clean. Everyone is respectful and tidy and you have all the cooking and dish requirements provided to you that you need. Don't waste your money anywhere else. You do not need to buy anything. Everything is set up ready for you to move in and use and get your life moving in the right direction. We also have plenty of parking and outdoor patio space to relax in all summer. All amenities are included,. No additional payments or hidden bills. Since we are centrally located downtown, we have all the grocery stores and target stores you are looking for in walking distance when grocery shopping or getting coffee. We prefer working professionals and hard working students. We will be looking for 2 new people by July 1 at the latest. Lastly, as a little extra, we also have an app design project we are working on together that you don't need to know about but if you are interested in knowing about, some of us work on a shared project together, so do let us know if that is of any interest to you, because anyone tech savvy is much more ideal in a home of programmers and designers. As well we would prefer a female tenant but it is not mandatory. We are very close to MTU and George Brown, OCAD and other downtown schools.
