| About the space Cost: $1150 + wifi and utilities 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom suite available The room is spacious, and can either be mostly furnished with a wardrobe and a bed, or it can be completely unfurnished. It is the main floor of a house with a group of girls living upstairs in a separate unit, and no one living in the basement. Your room would be the bigger one and you would be sharing a bathroom with me. There is free laundry in the basement. It is a 10 minute walk to campus and is on the edge of downtown. Seeking: Hi all, I am looking for a roommate preferably around my age (mid-twenties to early thirties, but I can be flexible) for a bedroom in my two bedroom apartment near campus. A woman is preferred, but I could consider a man if the fit is right. From Aug 1st 2024 - Aug 2025 (lease renewable, and subletting is allowed in the summer). No couples and no pets (I already have one cat). A love of cats/animals is a huge must for me. About me: I am 28, and will be doing my Master’s in Planning at Queens. During the school year, I spend a lot of time quietly studying either on campus or in my room but I have also loved hanging out and spending time with my past roomies - I’m still good friends with a number of them! I value a clean, quiet, place and would love to find someone who can respectfully communicate their needs and is open to receiving it as well. My interests include hiking, camping, cycling, photography, and art. I am a vegetarian but I don’t mind meat in the house.
