| We have a nice and cosy place to offer you with a move in day, Starting from Sept 5th 2024. It will be rented quickly because it always has been, and it's probably the busiest month (Sept) when the most people are looking for a last minute space like we are offering. It typically immediately gets many replies when I post the ad and with the busy school year started, I imagine it will be gone by end of the week. It has everything you need and more included with no extra fees. If you think you like it, act fast (also has car parking if you need it and a big backyard and patio area to lock a bike up or relax). This is an Excellent Rental Space in a Fantastic Downtown Toronto Location (it's on a very private street, rare and slightly hidden downtown). Our extremely downtown location has a new space set up now, as in the pictures exactly, and can be on the agreement arrangement the way you feel most comfortable, because we just want to find someone who is a great fit for long or short term, or on a month to month basis if that's what you want to start with. Either way, our new renter moves in this weekend. We are friendly, flexible and professional people (computer programmers, some still in school). Our extra space is great, with a nice view of trees and the backyard out the window. First come, first serve. We are in the downtown core, close to everything like groceries, the TTC and shops all central in the city. The space has 2 shared kitchens though no one uses one of them, and has brand new washer/dryer included, storage, all kinds of stuff if you want to change the furnishings in your private spaces. The space itself is fixed with all you will need to move in and be all set up to get your life started quickly, like a fully stocked room, and all kinds of kitchen equipment for you to use and spaces dedicated just for you. It is truly a great space. It comes all inclusive with no extra bills, we allows guests if you feel like it. It has a bed, desk, mac computer, chairs, dressers, tables, wardrobe, fridge, microwave, etc. on and on, all included in the price, including with high speed fibre internet for business, because we know how important good wifi is for good productivity. Everything is run correctly here and we want a great guest to share some of the areas of this big detached house with us, and we fully respect your privacy. This space will be rented very quickly as it always is. Female preferred, but not required. Thank you |
