I live here w 1 other international student and my cat. My cat will love you and may be annoying sometimes but she’s very sweet:) In the heart of the city..5 min walk from the subway, across from beautiful Riverdale Park. Grocery store 4 min walk away. Rent is 1000$ all included (water, heat, internet ) laundry & gym on site Must be kind, quiet and able to clean up after yourself.
