| Now accepting applications for Winter 2025 This unique property has been operating as a student residence for CNL co-op students for over 15 years. It's a large, safe, fully-furnished co-ed building. Each room rental includes utilities, internet, parking, laundry, and weekly cleaning of common areas. We also have Starlink internet for the fastest speeds available in town. There are private rooms for up to 10 tenants. Each room has it's own key, a sink and vanity, closet, adjustable baseboard heating, window, blinds, and a ceiling fan. All rooms are furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk, and office chair. Students share bathrooms, kitchen, and living amenities. Room options: - Regular rooms: $600/mo. Size 8'x12' - Large rooms: $700/mo. Size 16'x12' - Suite: $750/mo. Two adjoining 10'x10' rooms with a central 2-piece ensuite. Shared amenities: - Up to 3.5 bathrooms (assigned) - Large, well-equipped shared kitchen and dining area. All appliances, kitchenware, and dishes are provided. Food storage cupboards, dishes, and fridges are assigned (2 people per fridge) - Furnished living room with TV - Starlink internet - Free laundry facilities (2 washers and a dryer) - Free outdoor parking Requirements: - This residence is exclusively for co-op students (CNL, forestry, etc). Minimum 4 month term. Must be 18+ - Please provide a basic introduction and an email address to receive our application form and further details - We will review completed applications in order - If accepted, you must sign a rental agreement and pay last month's rent to confirm your room (refundable in the rare event CNL security clearance does not go through).
