NOTE: although the studio is self contained with own kitchen, the bathroom is shared with another room. ✔This large bright and secluded hide away is at the end of the hallway on the lower level of the house (1 flight of stairs down). Bathroom with shower/bathtub. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap). ✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out ✔ FRONT PORCH to lock a bike at night or smoke ✔FREE LAUNDRY in the basement ✔Gigabit WiFi (Rogers) ✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove and gas oven. ✔Central AC, central heating ✔QUIET TIMES: from 11pm til 8am ★CLEANING: when you move in, the studio is cleaned professionally.
