For just $800, you'll get all-inclusive utilities like Hydro, Water, central AC, Heat, and super-fast 3 GB Bell Internet. Plus, you can enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. Our shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely backyard, a dining area, and 1.5 bathrooms. We’re all about keeping things relaxed and comfortable, so we kindly ask for no parties or overnight visitors. Your room comes ready with a desk, chair, and single bed—just bring yourself! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call or message us. We do have a couple of requests: single occupancy, no pets, and no smoking, please.
