| One furnished basement bedroom with a shared bathroom to rent in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath town home in Fallingbrook. Shared access to main floor (kitchen, living and dining room), and backyard. All utilities and internet are included. Washer and dryer are available. If you work from home an additional $50 per month will be charged. You would be sharing the house with me and my son (14yo). The room is the full basement with a curtain room divider to allow for your privacy when I need to do laundry, which is in the basement. There is a large storage/closet space, it has a low ceiling but adds a lot of room to the space. From time to time I may need access to my storage or the electrical panel, also in the basement. The house is non-smoking, however, feel free to smoke outside, as long as you clean up after yourself. Street parking is available or parking in the driveway is available for an additional $50 a month. Parking in the driveway will be permitted when a parking ban is in effect. Bus stop at the end of the street, bus 33/233. Female tennant preferred, clean, quiet and respectful. First and last month's rent required. References and proof of employment required. Room available immediately. |
