Two bedrooms have their own private balcony. Each bedroom has a bathroom and the principle ensuite has a jacuzzi tub. You can pack light because this property comes fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay - even the beach towels are supplied because we know you'll be enjoying the water. The kitchen is very well equipped for meal prep and dining inside or alfresco barbeques on the waterfront terrace. Enjoy a nespresso latte each morning while taking in the stunning view. You'll enjoy two lounge spaces with smart screens. The main floor lounge has a cathedral ceiling complete with a 2 storey fireplace and the Loft lounge comes with another water view and it's own 2nd fireplace plus a sit-up bar, beverage fridge. If you need to WFH there are 3 desks and high-speed ignite internet wifi is included. This property is in the center of an outdoor activity area famous for water sports, hiking in the mountains and cycling routes. There are several wineries, cideries and breweries within a short drive or even a bike ride away. The Georgian Trail is right across the street and the waterfront is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and just floating around! There are fantastic restaurants nearby plus groceries and lcbo. There is dedicated parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway plus short-term visitor parking for your guests as well. Available starting April 14, 2024. $5000 monthly for a 3+ month rental. We are open to a longer tenancy (up to one year) for anyone wanting to ‘try out’ the area or this gorgeous waterfront development. |
