We offer a beautiful one bedroom apartment with separate entrance that is fully furnished and has all the bells and whistles to make your stay comfortable. The bedroom has a pillow topped queen size bed with plenty of storage. The living room is large with a full sized couch and lazy boy recliner that faces a flat screen tv. Cable and internet are included. The kitchen has a nice dining area with full sized appliances (stove, fridge and dishwasher). All small appliances are also included. (Coffee maker, toaster) The bathroom is a four piece with full sized tub. Washer and dryer are conveniently tucked into a closet. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway and we are looking for a single person to occupy this space. Non-smoking and no pets. We are conveniently located in Courtice. Close to all amenities , the 401 and OPG. There is an application process and one month rental is required as a minimum .
