| Room for rent is 500$ monthly no lease no last months rent - picture is my stuff in room for example Covers rent + share of utilities Room comes with door and a walk in closest No furniture included Shared space in freezer and fridge, half half rule, no excess buying, we both get finite space. Must buy your own TP/Dish soap/Wash clothes Must keep clean at all times both in your room and in general areas, any messes must be cleaned up ASAP. No dishs lingering please I HAVE 3 dogs and 2 cats but you have a room with a door and I’m home always(on odsp) I walk them 4-5 times a day and take very good care of cleaning the home. Must have a job/source of income No parking available, can park in front of house on street No laundry in home but laundry mat down street Text for a visit |
