| I’m looking for either a room to rent or someone to split a 2-bedroom apartment near the new warehouse on Industrial Park Drive. A little about me: • I’m 25 years old and working full-time at the new warehouse, earning about $3,000 a month after taxes. • I’m very professional, respectful, and quiet. I don’t party or associate with any “bad” influences. • My routine is simple: work, come home, and sleep. I’m focused on my career and staying responsible. • I’m clean, respect others’ property, and always try to help out around the house where I can, whether it’s yard work or basic chores. • I’m seeking a room for rent around $600/month or willing to split rent for a 2-bedroom apartment. The reason I’m looking for my own space is that my current home life isn’t ideal, and I’m ready for a more peaceful living environment. I’m looking to move no later than early December or early January 2025. I don’t have very many things, some clothes, and a couple of bags.
