| I'm a 57 year old retired, self-sufficient lady. I'm looking for a one bdrm, apart/house or side-by-side. I am clean, quiet and smoke free. I have been at my latest residence for 7 years, reason for leaving, my landlady is taking it for herself. I am reliable and hard working . I made this place beautiful, creating floral gardens. I cut the grass and when my landlady wasn't available I shovelled the drive way. She has given me a reference letter. I have one car and all 4 appliances. 1 senior cat 12 1/2 years old. If you choose me as a tenant you will not regret it. As a retiree I cannot afford more than $800 plus utilities/month. Please contact me, it will be the best decision you make.
