Right in the heart of downtown collingwood. 15 minutes drive to ski hill (blue mountain) $3000/month. Must be paid in advance/ upfront for all months ($12,000 total) There will be a downstairs basement tenant during your stay. Parking available on site for 3+ cars. All driveway snowplowing covered for season.
