I work at the Eaton Centre full-time and enjoy video games, board games, and reading. I've been living in this apartment for three years now and have no intention of leaving any time soon, it's a really great place! What I'm looking for. I want a long-term female roommate -- preferably a young professional. I'd like someone who is clean and friendly. Cleanliness is a big deal for me as I used to work in a kitchen, so my cleanliness standards in the common areas are pretty high. I value strong communication skills and consideration for each other and the space we would be sharing together. The apartment itself is quite small -- there is no living room. The kitchen appliances are rather new and in good condition. The 506 stops right in front of the apartment and the Bloor line is just one block north. There is a Walmart and No Frills at Dufferin Mall to the west and a Metro just down the street to the east.
