This floor has a shared kitchen equiped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, stovetop and oven. The washroom will be shared between yourself and two other tenants on this floor. This house is situated conveniently in all the great areas Waterloo has to offer, such as being near grocery stores, halal butcher shops, dollar stores, banks, pizza places, fast food restaurants, restaurants, Walmart, theaters, convenience stores, and of course, is no more than 10 minutes away from Waterloo University, Wilfred Laurier and Conestoga College.
