| Available mid April. Looking for mature housemate for large 5 bedroom house, to be shared with 2 (occasionally 3) other professionals. ( Two men, one woman) Must be clean, non-smoking, respectful, peaceful, and okay with dogs. I have a large, friendly dog that visits with me on occasion, so no other dogs, or cats, or other small animals, please. Two bathrooms, large kitchen, large backyard. Must be employed with personal references- first and last month's rent required. Located in the North end of Chatham. Parking, WIFI and laundry included. PLEASE RESPOND WITH A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF.
