| Awesome tenants looking for a long term house rental. Are you a great landlord, looking for respectful responsible, non smoking, non partying family. We are needing 3-4 bedrooms2+bath, decent yard space, finished basement would be great. We have 2 dogs(medium size) 2 cats. All are neutered and well behaved. We have excellent landlord references both past and present. We don't have a "perfect " credit score( things happen in life). But we have NEVER missed a rent payment, and utilities are always paid in full on time. We have tenants insurance and the income to pay rent $2500-$3000 a month.
