Located on a central bus line, nearest stop is King/Dolph (Bus 61 to Conestoga, Bus 206 to Ainslie Terminal Galt). Short walk to groceries, and other amenities (No Frills, Giant Tiger, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, etc). Short bus ride to Conestoga, University of Waterloo School of Architecture, and local co-op placements (Toyota, Rockwell, ATS). Included: High-speed internet. Heat, hydro, and water. Laundry (1-2x a week, evenings/weekends). Suitable for quiet, respectful, clean, hardworking, independent students. This is an LGBTQ safe and welcoming space. Must like cats (unfortunately not suitable for additional pets). Respectful daytime guests are fine (no overnight guests please). Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only. Only one person per bedroom. Last month's rent required as a deposit, first month's rent to be provided on move-in date. Receipts will be provided.
