Hello! We are looking for a woman to rent out the spare bedroom in our large 4 bedroom house. You will have shared access to the remainder of the home. We are a family of 4 but the kids (ages 11 and 13 are only here every other week). This will be a Month-to-Month rental and we are hoping to have someone stay until June 2024 and possibly longer.
