| I’m looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Camby in Cambridge. The room for rent is unfurnished, and has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Excluding the bathroom and closet, size is 9’6” x 10’6”. The building has a modern feel, was built last year, and most of the residents are young professionals. About the Apartment: Location: The Camby, 150 Hollywood Court, Cambridge Rent: $1425, plus wifi and utilities Amenities: - Gym with large windows for lots of natural light, cardio equipment, weights, weight machines, wall mirrors, and TVs to connect to - Party room - Games room - Second-floor terrace with BBQs, lounge chairs, and fire pit (currently being constructed) - First-floor lounge for working and hanging out - Washer and dryer in the unit - Balcony - Parking available for $95/month - Management is super big on community and will be hosting events for the residents to get to know one another, with food and drinks provided! Availability: ASAP About Me: I’m 27, a mature student, and fairly quiet but at the same time love meeting new people! I also enjoy hanging out with the people I live with or sitting together doing our own things :) In my free time I enjoy bouldering, hiking, drawing, watching shows, and trying new hobbies What I’m Looking For: - A roommate who is responsible, respectful, and friendly. - Someone who communicates openly and is considerate of shared spaces. - Preferably another female, either a mature student or a young professional - Non-smoker. - Dogs are okay!
