| Caregiver/DIY Opportunity We are looking for the perfect couple to relocate to a beautiful countryside property just (8 mins to all amenities) on the outskirts of Cambridge ON. This could be rent free and/or paid opportunity depending on the agreed plan of which the level of the following will determine. Opportunities of the plan: 1. Kind, caring, quiet couple who would be comfortable caring for a kind 86 yrs old lady who is capable of living on her own and drives but is at stage where housekeeping (laundry in main unit available for both parties) and meal preparation would be ideal. 2. In addition the property is substantial and requires a DIY capable woman/man/couple to do odd jobs and/or manage larger ones. This would be full or part time requirement. 3. Not a 100% every day commitment, weekends could be free and other travel times optional. 4. Two bedroom apartment in a beautiful country century home on upper level available for rent and/or in lieu of works. Beautiful view with front and back porches overlooking amazing farm land and trees. Based on the above a plan can be decided on by both parties including month to month or 1 yrs contract option. Advantages: 1. If you’re experiencing extremely increased property tax and are at a stage where you’d like to sell, live off the interest and still be active (wrt above opportunities) in an ideal country setting then this may be of benefit for you. 2. Close proximity to all amenities, 2 hours to Niagara region and 40 – 60 mins to the Great Lakes. Lots of activities/restaurants/trails around the Cambridge, Paris, Ayr and surrounding small communities here. 3. Depending on plan, low to no rent and potential income possibility. Disadvantages: can’t think of any other than winter on this latitude Notes: 1. Cats yes, dog not ideal. 2. Can be partially furnished or not. 3. Monthly/Annual to be discussed. 4.
