| Hey everyone! We are casually looking for property to live on and have a horse facility . We have dogs, cats and horses currently , and depending on what’s available we would be very open to having other livestock as well though this isn’t required . We love the barn we are with now so aren’t in a rush and don’t mind waiting a little - whether that means fixing up the property to get it animal ready, or waiting for it to be ready. The perfect fit would ideally be rent to own , or a long term rental that we are allowed to make our own while we are there . Size is flexible , but ideally something with at least a small stable (let’s say minimum 10 stalls , bigger is better) ideally some already established paddocks - and bonus points for arenas ! The cheaper the better and we are more than willing to have a fixer upper if there is potential for us to own it in the future . Location in Burlington is most ideal , we can potentially be flexible in other areas surrounding, but due to not wanting to move my child’s school we need to be close to here ! Let’s connect and chat about what you have! Again, we are in no rush and willing to wait for the right fit . We have a great relationship with the barn owner we board with and can even make a plan for a year from now depending on what the property is requiring ! The horses can always come after we do as well. Loving wise we will need something on the property . Again though, flexible on what that looks like for the right fit . If the property is big enough and we rent to own , even just having space to build in the future can help ! Truly open to see what’s being offered , and we want to find the perfect fit to ideally be our forever home/property that can house us and all of our animals :) Even willing to work for you for a while to build into ownership etc. Open to unique opportunities, and ways to own our own farm! Buying outright is unfortunately not within our budget, but we are hard workers who are determined to find the perfect fit :) *picture of my son for attention* |
